Hello Penguins! Happy77 here.

 

I’m so stoked to say hi. Some of you might remember me from way back at the beginning of Club Penguin. Since Billybob announced I’d be writing blogs I know some of you have asked about me. Among other stuff, I do some writing for Club Penguin, love to play Mancala, and I’ve been told I’m a bit curious…

Lots of you say you want to know behind the scenes stuff at Club Penguin. So, along with some game updates, I’ll sometimes be asking questions of the people around here. There’s a new mission coming up soon, and I found out that soon Screenhog will be giving you a great sneak peek. But since we’re all curious about missions, I talked to an artist who works on them:

What was your absolute favorite thing about working on the upcoming mission?
“All of it. Doing the storyboards are difficult, but the most fun.” 

What’s your favorite candy?
“Hmmm. There’s this candy that’s kind of like ‘breath perfume’ that I like.”

I want to know all the stuff you’re curious about around Club Penguin, so please let me know! (And tell us if you have any fab ideas for new missions!)

Getting closer!!!

Club Penguin is preparing for the upcoming Christmas party that starts Friday. They’ve already put out boxes of decorations in several rooms. You can find these at the locations listed in the images below.

UK finally gets some toys

Club Penguin finally announced that some Club Penguin toys are making their way to the UK! They have been delayed a few weeks because of reasons I do not know, but hey, at least their here!

There will be four types of toys arriving in the UK:

1. 6″ Limited Penguins
2. 2″ Mix ‘N Match Figures
3. 4″ Pet Puffles
4. Igloo Playsets

I hope that all of you UK Club Penguins fans have fun! Also I hope my UK site veiwers have fun!

Furniture catalog cheats

Im SOOOOOOOO sorry this post is so late! Yesterday I was aat the mall all day. Well here are the cheats.

 

The new Better Igloos catalog came out!

The first cheat is on page 5. Click the Ivy to get the Leaning Tree.

The last cheat is on page 11. Click the Velvet Rope to get a Welcome Mat.

New play cheats

The Quest for the Golden Puffle is back at the Stage. It reminds me of the new Indiana Jones movie, how about you?

Anyways, there is one little cheat in the new Stage play. Click on the Golden Puffle at the top of page 2 for the Crook and Flail.

That’s all for the Stage cheats.

Rockhoppers favorite christmas ever!

Rockhopper is back- in style too! His whole ship is decorated for Coins For Change and Christmas! Go to the new Migrator through the Beach!

Rockhopper finally brought back some cool new items as well!

Here are all of the items:

• Red Sailor’s Cap- FREE
• “Coins For Change” Banner- 500 coins
• Globe- 350 coins
• Green Parrot- 400 coins

My friends Christmas party!

Yeah, it’s that time of year again- Christmas! And I have a special something for all of my friends and viewers- a Club Penguin Christmas party! Over 13 buddies will be added at this awesome event! 3 people will have the chance to have their player card on my website! The winners will be randomly selected at the party. You may even meet my awesome friend Tanrd334!  Here is the invite:

Newspaper issue #165

There’s a new newspaper out this Thursday December 11, and I have a complete review of it for you!

First of all, Rockhopper will be returning for the Club Penguin Christmas party of ’08, and his ship is going to be specially decorated for the occasion as well! The event takes place December 19- December 29!

Also, the Coins For Change event is heading back to Club Penguin for its second year. The special event takes place from December 12- December 22. You can help by donating to these three causes:

1. Kids who are sick
2. Kids who are poor and cannot go to school
3. Kids without parents or hurt by war

I know that I will be donating to all of those causes!

Don’t forget, the Christmas themed igloo decorating contest starts December 19 and goes until December 29!

Hey everyone! Screen hog made his first blog and it is about card jitsu. There it is below.

So many of you are playing Card-Jitsu, but we haven’t shown any behind-the-scenes Card-Jitsu art yet, have we? Well, let’s fix that right now:

This is a rough sketch from the firefighter power card animation. Every piece of animation in the game had to have rough animations made first. Here are a few more rough sketches from other power card animations.
